Hapū Elections 2023 Results Update

Nominations closed at 5 pm on 15 September 2023 for the Mōkai Pātea Iwi Rūnanga Hapū Delegates standing in the 2023 Hapū Elections. These elections occur every four years.

Tēnei te mihi ki a koutou ngā Hapū Delegates. We thank all the Hapū Delegates who have been representatives over the last four years for their Mōkai Pātea Iwi Rūnanga.

Dale Ofsoske, Returning Officer for Independent Election Services Ltd, has declared that as the number of candidates (Nominees) per hapū within each Iwi Rūnanga does not exceed the number of vacancies, no elections are required.
