Mōkai Pātea Waitangi Claims Trust Deed of Mandate – Negotiation of historical claims under Te Tiriti o Waitangi

 The Office for Māori Crown Relations – Te Arawhiti recognised the MPWCT Deed of Mandate on the 17 March 2021. A significant milestone for Mōkai Pātea Nui Tonu to reach. MPWCT will continue to work towards Settlement as outlined in the Deed of Mandate. Below you will find the Deed of Mandate and Appendices
